Windows Server Training Considerations:
Travel: Windows Server Training for Business does not require any travel. You won’t incur any travel expenses, and you have complete availability of your employee.
Weekly Reports (optional): The employee’s supervisor can receive weekly reports on their progress. The weekly reports allows encourages cross-training between the WSTFB Trainer and the employee’s supervisor.
Real World: In each Lab, employees are trained to solve technical and business problems using critical thinking. Critical thinking fosters rational and skillful problem-solving in the real world.
One-Year Training: Your employee will have a week to complete each assignment. This allows your employee to balance their work schedule, personal life, and training.
One-on-One Training: Your employee will receive weekly one-on-one instruction. The One-on-one training allows a free flow of ideas between your employees and the instructor.
Material Consumption: The weekly training format allows you to consume and digest the material at a reasonable pace. This is in contrast to the industry standard boot camp course. It may be necessary to repeat a Lab in order to thoroughly understand the material, the weekly training format allows for that flexibility.
Windows Training Material: There are four manuals with over 70 Labs covering 2,500 pages of Windows training. Each Lab has a business scenario and critical thinking of how the Windows Server application can impact business.
Instructors with Real-World Experience: Windows Server Training for Business Instructors are actively consulting in the IT field. They can share firsthand experiences and best practices. This makes training more relevant to your business.
